Richard and Kay Spare are proud to be Invited Artists together with Julian Opie, Patrick Hughes, comedian Joe Lycett, and the lead singer of The Cure, Robert Smith, alongside many more at the hugely successful Heart Research UK Anonymous heART Project, in aid of lifesaving medical research into the prevention, treatment and cure of heart disease.

Richard's three donations have been taken from an artist's proof of the sold-out 1990's artwork 'Bird of Paradise' which is held in the permanent collections of the British Library and the Berlin Central and Regional Library.
Unique artwork 'And Stretch' (2023) has been created by Kay Spare especially for this charity auction.
