Acquired by The Hunterian

We are delighted to learn that Richard's drypoint and watercolour print Foxglove has been acquired by The Hunterian Art Gallery, one of the most distinguished public art collections in Scotland.

The Hunterian Art Gallery is part of The Hunterian - the oldest museum in Scotland and part of the University of Glasgow.

Richard's artwork has been selected as it was previously exhibited at The Hunterian as part of the finalists' exhibition for the 1997 Hunting Art Prize. Where eighty works were exhibited from a national competition with over eight thousand entries. Richard was selected as an exhibited finalist four times for the Hunting Art Prize - in 1996, 1997, 1999 and 2000.

Richard is honoured to have his work included in The Hunterian Art Gallery's permanent print collection, the largest in Scotland with over 40,000 pieces.
