Ordering

Richard’s list of limited editions can change rapidly and an artwork may sell out. In case you're not sure, please email us so that we can check current availability of your chosen work.
Payments may be made by credit and debit card, sterling cheque, bank transfer, or through PayPal.
Shipping
We offer free shipping for all UK orders.
On receipt of your payment, we shall be delighted to forward your order by Royal Mail Tracked 24. Works on paper are either sent flat, between boards, if no larger than A4, or lightly rolled in a strong 4 inch diameter postal tube. You may wish to specify a business address if accepting delivery is difficult. Please include your email address if you would like us to let you know when we have dispatched your order
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
If you received your order damaged, please contact us at info@richardspare.art and refer to our refund policy. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before arranging a return.
At the checkout you may choose the Special Delivery option, which is trackable and given priority mail status, the item usually arriving the next day. The cost of Special Delivery post is £8. We will email you the tracking number after posting.

If you would like to visit the studio to collect in person, or to see a range of work, please email us to make an appointment, you will be very welcome.

Please note, glazed works cannot be shipped overseas. We may be able to ship unframed, please email before buying.
Prices are not inclusive of the destination country’s duty and customs fees.
richardspare.art is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tarrifs, taxes, etc.).
Other
For existing collectors who would prefer to view work in their own home or workplace, we offer to bring a carefully selected portfolio of work to you, anywhere within the M25.
Please phone or email to discuss; we will tailor the portfolio to your requirements, for example: large floral pieces, or medium sized seascapes, or specific titles.
